As soon as you tell someone you're writing a book, they're going to ask the million-dollar question:

"What's your book about?"

This interactive roundtable helps attendees answer that question.

Participants will explore how their expertise, personal experiences, business goals, and unique perspectives can be transformed into a compelling book concept that supports their professional goals. Through guided discussion, structured exercises, and peer feedback, attendees will explore three essential questions:

  • What opportunities do you want to create?
  • What do you want to be known for?
  • What do you know well enough to teach?

Participants will test potential book concepts, evaluate whether those ideas support their long-term professional goals, and practice explaining their concept in a way that others immediately understand, because the goal is not just to publish a book. It's to create opportunities that support the career and reputation you want to build.

Your client said they loved the design presentation… so why did they change their mind two days later?

Another wasted weeks comparing nearly identical options while completely ignoring your guidance.

A third hired you for your expertise, but insists on asking six friends what they think before making a final decision.

If you’ve got indecisive clients, this is the session for you!

In this engaging and practical session, Rebecca West shares what she learned after helping thousands of homeowners navigate important design decisions. Through relatable stories, real-world examples, and insights from psychology, attendees will discover the five most common obstacles that prevent clients from moving forward and learn why decision-making challenges are rooted in perfectly normal human behavior.

Most importantly, participants will learn how to shift from simply presenting options to becoming a more effective guide through the decision-making process.

Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of why clients get stuck, practical tools for reducing decision fatigue and second-guessing, and strategies for creating smoother projects, stronger client relationships, and better outcomes for everyone involved.
