Unfiltered: A Workshop on Working with Real Clients
We've all had our share of clients we love and those that challenge us. There are the ones we want to hang out with after a project is completed, and the ones that make us shake our heads. In this workshop, we'll identify various client personalities that you may encounter on projects and discuss strategies to implement for optimal results. We'll share tips and tricks through stories and photos from our own experiences. Attendees will come away with an understanding of the practical ways to successfully handle various clients, resulting in better experiences for both the client and the business. Attendees will be invited to submit questions in advance.
