Erica Kayser

The Designer’s Pricing Advisor and Founder & Creative Director of Eralyn InteriorsErica Kayser / Eralyn Interiors

With a 91% close rate and a reputation as a trusted advisor to boutique design firms nationwide, Erica transforms the way interior designers price and present numbers to potential clients. From Palm Beach to San Francisco, she has guided pricing strategy for interior designers across the country while simultaneously running her own multi-seven-figure design firm. Both seasoned and emerging designers call Erica when pricing feels like guesswork, proposals stall, and sales aren’t their thing. What sets her apart: she holds both a business degree and a design degree — and brings both lenses to every conversation about money.

As the Founder and Creative Director of Eralyn Interiors, a multi–seven-figure design firm headquartered in Palm Beach County, Erica Kayser brings the credibility of a practitioner, not a theorist. She brings real-world experience from running high-end projects nationwide into every pricing framework she teaches. Over the years she has built a portfolio that ranges from equestrian estates in horse country to ocean front mansions in Palm Beach County. Known for her sophisticated yet approachable style, Erica has built a reputation as one of the South’s most sought-after designers. As an active member of ASID, Erica is deeply engaged with the design community. She is recognized for her insight on strategic pricing and highly converting proposals. Over the years her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and Apartment Therapy. When she isn’t leading her team as Creative Director on clients’ dream homes or guiding designers as The Designer’s Pricing Advisor, Erica is embracing a busy season of life filled with wedding planning and honeymoon dreaming. A natural hostess, she loves opening Safari House, her home in Wellington’s horse country, to friends and family for evenings of good food, laughter, and connection. Whether entertaining a crowd or enjoying quiet time at home, Erica believes the best moments, like the best designs, are created with equal parts intention and joy.

Most talented designers aren’t losing business because their work isn’t good enough, they’re losing it because their pricing doesn’t match the quality they deliver. The result: underpriced projects, stalled proposals, and revenue that never catches up to the caliber of the work.

In this hands-on workshop, Erica Kayser, The Designer’s Pricing Advisor and Founder & Creative Director of Eralyn Interiors, a multi-seven-figure Palm Beach design firm, breaks down why skilled designers underprice, what that pattern costs them over time, and how a different approach to pricing and proposal presentation can dramatically increase both fees and close rates. Attendees will complete a live self-audit using the “Money Left on the Table” worksheet and leave with a clear picture of what they easily have the opportunity to amend to realize significantly larger profits.

This is not a theory. Erica runs a live, active high-end practice with a 91% proposal close rate and $138K+ average design fees. She teaches only what works inside her own firm, and delivers the results her clients achieve. The design education market is rich in marketing, branding, and operations content. Pricing strategy for established firms is the underserved gap, and this session fills it.
