The Virtual Board of Directors methodology was not developed for a course. It was built for her own business out of necessity. When Amanda realized she was the smartest person in her own room and it was becoming a problem, she saw a need for strategic improvement and built her own Virtual Board. She tested it, refined it, and ran her business through it before she ever taught it to anyone else. What participants experience in this session is not a concept. It is a working system.

What is a Virtual Board of Directors?
A Virtual Board of Directors is a structured set of named AI personas that are each assigned a specific domain within your business. You run your decisions, content, project strategies, client work business plans, etc. through a few or all of them whenever you need to. Each board member has:
- A defined role and structured intention they own exclusively
- A belief system and standard they never compromise on. Never.
- A unique set of standing questions they run through every time you engage with them
- A voice that will challenge you, hold you accountable, and always have the best interests of you and your business at the forefront of their existence
This is the team you never had the budget to hire. Your strategist, operations manager, chief of staff, brand director, revenue advisor and sanity checker. All built within an AI platform you already have access to, and trained to challenge, support, push back, and encourage you to your highest and best capabilities.
This is not a casual conversation with a chatbot. It is a decision filter, a voice activator, and a built-in accountability system that you will build in this workshop, in real time.
What happens in the workshop:
We open with an accountability audit. A structured exercise that maps every major area of your business against one question: Who is holding you accountable here? Most industry professionals will find the honest answer quite alarming: No one. This audit happens within the first 5 minutes of the sessionand becomes the blueprint for your board. We start right away, and don't pause until we are done.
From there, you build:
- Your Project Foundation. Set up your Virtual Board of Directors inside the Claude AI platform that houses and runs your board.
- Your first Board Member from the ground up. Define the role. Shape the belief system. Train the voice. Name it with intention. Determine their questions. And generate a complete persona file you can activate immediately.
- A live board activation. The session closes with a live demonstration. Bring a real business decision that you have been sitting on. Run it through your newly built board member and watch what happens. When a structured, intentionally built, opinionated voice that knows the ins and outs of your business and your personality pushes back on your thinking in real time - that is where the real value becomes clear.
