From there, you build:

• Your Project Foundation.  Set up your Virtual Board of Directors inside the Claude AI platform that houses and runs your board.
• Your first Board Member from the ground up. Define the role. Shape the belief system. Train the voice. Name it with intention. Determine their questions. And generate a complete persona file you can activate immediately.
• A live board activation. The session closes with a live demonstration. Bring a real business decision that you have been sitting on. Run it through your newly built board member and watch what happens.  When a structured, intentionally built, opinionated voice that knows the ins and outs of your business and your personality pushes back on your thinking in real time - that is where the real value becomes clear.
