Please visit the Exhibit/Inquire page or contact your account executive for more information.
When can we move in to our booth?
North/South Hall Target Move In Dates
West Hall Target Move In Dates
If you are shipping to Freeman’s Advance Warehouse, your shipment will be delivered to your booth on your targeted date by the time indicated.
If you are shipping direct to the Orange County Convention Center or delivering your freight personally, your shipment should arrive on your targeted date after the time indicated.
To help assist with the acceptance and delivery of your shipment, please use the correct color label based on the hall your booth is located in as indicated in the KBIS 2026 Exhibitor Services Manual for ALL advance warehouse and show site deliveries. The KBIS 2026 Exhibitor Services Manual can be downloaded in the Exhibitor Service Center.
* Due to the constraints of move-in, show management and Freeman may not be able to accommodate any targeted freight move-in day change requests.
** To allow sufficient time to complete the laying of the aisle carpet and overall cleaning of the exhibit hall for show opening, all crates and skids must be tagged and removed from the exhibit floor by 3:00PM on Monday, February 16.
All exhibits must be fully installed by 5:00 PM on Monday, February 16. Work can continue but must be confined within your booth space.
Will late access to the exhibit hall be allowed?
Exhibitors will be granted 24-hour access to the exhibit hall during move-in, show days, and move-out. To gain entry to the exhibit hall prior to onsite registration opening, exhibitors may use their badge if received in the mail or pickup the daily wristband.
The exhibitor service desk will be in operation during the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on all exhibitor move-in, show, and exhibitor move-out days. Some services may not be available outside of these hours.
EAC’s wearing the appropriate daily wristband will be granted 24-hour access to the exhibit hall during all exhibitor move-in and move-out days.
Does KBIS have a “clean floor policy”? When do my crates and skids need to be clear from the show floor?
In an effort to ensure a successful show opening for KBIS, we are enforcing a Clean Floor Policy.
- All cutting/sawing equipment must have dust collection bag attachments or have containers for collection while cutting is performed. Performing this activity outside of the contracted booth space may result in cleaning fees charged to the exhibiting company.
- All empty crates and skids must be labeled for empty storage or for trash and removed from the facility by 3:00 PM on Monday, February 16.
- All exhibits must be fully installed by 5:00 PM on Monday, February 16.
- All ladders and large booth construction equipment must be removed from the exhibit hall by 7:00 AM on Tuesday, February 17.
Following this Clean Floor Policy schedule will allow Freeman sufficient time to complete the laying of the aisle carpet and the overall cleaning of the exhibit hall, as well as provide exhibitors the space to complete their booth set up by keeping aisles clear.
There will be no exceptions to this policy. Crates without empty or accessible storage stickers will be tagged by the area floor managers or Freeman and removed from the exhibit hall – whether full or empty. Exhibitors may request product to be returned to their booth at the exhibitor’s expense. Depending on where the crates are located, it may not be possible to access the crates prior to move-out.
What are the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show expo floor hours?
Tuesday, February 17: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, February 18: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 19: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
When can we break down our booth?
Exhibitors may begin dismantling their displays immediately after the show closes at 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 19.
The return of empty containers will begin immediately after the aisle carpet and display vehicles are removed from the exhibit hall. To expedite the return of empty containers, all aisles are to be kept entirely clear of exhibit material so that all aisle carpet may be removed.
In agreement with the Exposition Terms and Conditions, exhibitors may not dismantle or remove any portion of their exhibit prior to the 5:00 PM closing time on Thursday, February 19. This rule will be strictly enforced and failure to follow this rule may result in monetary penalties or loss of priority points.
