108° Face-mount hinge

Grass America is please to introduce the new TEC 863 face-mount hinge for face frame cabinetry.  The TEC 863 is available in a Soft-close version with the soft-close damper pre-mounted in the hinge cup and a Self-close version both offering an overlay of 1 7/16” and greater.  Sleek in design, the TEC 863 Soft-close features an adjustable switch to regulate the closing action.   A 3-tiered adjustment provides different levels of resistance on the soft-close mechanism.  The settings can be adjusted so that the closing action is consistent regardless of the size and weight of the door.

Both the TEC 863 Soft-close and the TEC 863 Self-close hinge features a cup drilling depth of 11mm, 2-dimensional adjustment and a one piece hinge and baseplate combination.  An 85° angle reduction clip is available as an add-on feature.  Made in the USA the TEC 863 offers the perfect solution for your face frame cabinetry needs.
