She is the bridge between Owner and construction - preparing and guiding Owners through the construction process. She also works closely with the architects, designers, and trade partners involved in the projects. Jen served as President of the National Kitchen & Bath Association - Southern Ohio/Kentucky Chapter. She also recently graduated from Northwestern University/McCormick School of Engineering with a Master of Science in Executive Management in Design and Construction.
