He has worked on renovation and remodeling projects in both the residential and commercial space, with several project cost over $200 million dollars. Jason is a partner in an architecture/planning firm (Sinektiks LLC) that specializes in
mixed-use developments & university master planning. Currently Jason is a Project Advisor over a $2 billion dollar mixed-used complex.
In addition to his practical experience, Jason taught in the School of Architecture and School of Interior Design at Southern University A&M College and Louisiana State University (LSU), where he moved up the ranks and earned the title of Associate Professor before going back to private practice.
While teaching Jason realized his passion for educating people on the process of design and business development in the built environment.
After taking on the marketing responsibilities at his architecture firm and realizing the potential for this discipline, Jason decided to create a digital marketing agency, Kitchen & Bath Marketing Solutions (KABMS). Now Jason uses his combined knowledge to develop specialized digital marketing solutions for the interior design and kitchen and bath industry. Jason is also a published author and has written a book titled “The Complete Guide to Internet Marketing for the Kitchen & Bath Remodel Industry:” Jason is also a NKBA Sales and Marketing Specialist and KABMS is a national CEU provider (continuing education unit) for the NKBA.
