Northeast Regional Sales ManagerDuravitDean Camastro brings over two decades of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, combining hands-on craftsmanship with strategic sales leadership. He began his career as a home remodeler, specializing in kitchen and bath installations, where he developed a deep understanding of both design functionality and client needs. In 2009, he transitioned into design consulting at Consumers Kitchens and Baths, where he refined his expertise in space planning and material selection.
Dean’s career trajectory accelerated as he moved into sales leadership roles with top-tier manufacturers. At Caesarstone, a global leader in quartz surfaces, Dean expanded his territory sales from $500,000 to over $5 million in under six years. He later joined Hansgrohe, where he oversaw the entire Northeast U.S. region and drove brand growth through strategic partnerships with industry associations such as AIA, NKBA, and IDS.
Currently, Dean serves as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager at Duravit, a global leader in designer bathroom solutions. He manages sales and partnerships from Pennsylvania to Maine, promoting sustainable design and helping to shape some of the most innovative projects in residential, hospitality, and multi-family housing.
Dean is also a passionate industry advocate. He is the current Past President of the Interior Design Society Long Island Chapter and serves as the Membership Chair of the NKBA Metro New York Chapter. A frequent CEU presenter, he speaks on topics such as ceramic innovation, sustainable bathroom design, and the future of smart water solutions. Dean’s long-term goal is to serve as NKBA National Board Member, continuing his mission to connect and empower design professionals across the country.
