With more than two decades of experience spanning remodeling, kitchen and bath design, manufacturing, and sales leadership, Dean has built a career centered on relationship-driven growth and industry engagement.
Throughout his career, Dean has held leadership roles with globally recognized brands including Caesarstone, Hansgrohe, Duravit, and now Infinity Drain. His professional journey has been heavily shaped by active involvement in industry associations, where he has served as Past President of the Interior Design Society Long Island Chapter and currently serves as President of the NKBA Metro NY Chapter.
