Darilyn helps design, construction, showroom and supplier businesses put AI to work where it can create meaningful business value through seminars, workshops and consulting. This gives her a ground-level view of where AI is helping SMBs and where it is adding complexity without delivering results.

She is the former Director of the Toronto International Design Centre, where she helped lead a period of significant growth and industry repositioning, and brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, strategy and sales systems. A Past President of the NKBA Ontario/Canada Chapter and a speaker and moderator at KBIS, IDS, Living Luxe and other industry events, Darilyn is certified in generative AI and AI product management. Her focus is helping businesses determine where AI belongs before adding more technology, so they can work smarter without losing the expertise, judgment and relationships clients trust.
