Introducing “KBIS MATCH,” A State-of-the-Art Matchmaking Platform at KBIS 2022

Feb 3, 2022

Connecting attendees to peers and exhibitors pre-show, onsite and post-show

(Alpharetta, Ga.) – February 3, 2022 – The 2022 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), owned by the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the destination for kitchen and bath design professionals, is pleased to introduce KBIS Match, a powerful new platform designed to facilitate smart business connections.  An innovative event matchmaking app powered by artificial intelligence, KBIS Match provides networking matches based upon an intricate algorithm. The more a user interacts with the app, the better and more relevant matches they’ll receive.

“This new matchmaking platform is a first for our industry, and it’s so powerful we decided to make it available to all registrants before KBIS opens,” shares Jason McGraw, Group VP of CEDIA Expo/KBIS. “Offering the latest technology to bring attendees together with exhibitors is a very exciting opportunity for all. This platform is set to revolutionize the way exhibitors and attendees interface.”

How it works

Attendee profiles are imported straight from the registration data. Once a profile has been created, guests can begin networking with other attendees and exhibitors. The app will automatically make recommendations of relevant exhibitors and events with whom attendees may want to connect – pre, during and post-event. KBIS Match allows for chats and to request meeting times/appointments onsite. Exhibiting brands and products are easily searched by keywords or by selecting a category from dropdown lists.

This free matchmaking and communication tool allows registrants to:

  • Search for attendees/exhibitors by filters (title, product category interest, etc)
  • Send meeting requests to connect with an attendees/exhibitors at the show
  • Message attendees/exhibitors directly

*Paid for VFTI? This new platform will allow you to see the full on-site agenda for VFTI and can add those sessions to your agenda at the show for a truly innovative experience.

How to get started

Look for the KBIS Match welcome email after you’ve registered for KBIS. From there, you can automatically login. Click here for more details to start connecting!
