Educational Opportunities Targeting Business Development Offered to Attendees During KBIS 2020

National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) to provide 30+ CEUs focused on business-related topics during KBIS 2020 as part of the Voices From the Industry Conference

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — (December 19, 2019) — Employee retention, profitability and marketing are just some of the important skill sets every business owner must understand in order to keep the business profitable and growing. The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) has scheduled more than 30 CEU presentations on these topics and more as part of its Voices From the Industry (VFTI) conference during the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas, Jan. 21 to 23, 2020.

Tuesday, Jan. 21

  • Managing Business Growth for Profitability and Sanity: Taking Care of Yourself, Your Business and Your Bottom Line

But having a powerful tool at               your disposal and having the ability or the confidence to use it are two entirely different things. We’ll also give you checklists to             improve your photography, video and live streaming of rooms, events, people and products.

  • From Designer to Design Leader: How to Build a Team

            Presenter: Rachel Hale, Design Lead, Colmar Kitchen Studio

            Cultivating and executing flawless designs requires a talented and dedicated individual. Executing at this high level on             numerous jobs simultaneously requires a talented and dedicated team. After attending this session, attendees will be             equipped with the tools to effectively build and manage a team.

CEU Credits

Each one-hour session is eligible for 0.1 CEU from the NKBA and many may also qualify for other industry CEUs. For all certified NKBA members, VFTI provides an opportunity to fulfill a large part of the 20 hours of education required every two years to maintain certification status. The current cycle ends June 30, 2020.
