World Vision Recognizes Jason International for 10 years of Donations to Low-Income Families across U.S.

Feb 11, 2014

Storehouse of World Vision honored Jason International, Inc. with the 14th annual Crystal Vision Award during the Kitchen and Bath Industry Showcase (KBIS) Feb. 5 in Las Vegas. Since 2003, Jason, a luxury hydrotherapy products manufacturing company, has donated baths and bath products to Storehouse of World Vision which aids low-income families across the United States. The Crystal Vision Award is given annually to a kitchen or bath manufacturer with a commitment to supplying products to Storehouse.

World Vision operates six storehouses nationwide that distribute goods donated from corporate partners like Jason International and its member companies to more than 1.6 million people in low-income communities.

“Jason has been a consistent and loyal partner with Storehouse for 10 years,” said Efrain Perez, corporate relations director for World Vision. “We are thrilled to partner with Jason International to bring critically needed bathing products to the vulnerable families World Vision serves.”

A two-year-old girl in Florida who was suffering from a rare skin disease needed hydrotherapy treatments in her home for her growth and development, but her parents could not afford the recommended tub. Jason International donated a MicroSilk® Hydrotherapy bath and the little girl now experiences daily relief from her skin condition and a healthier lifestyle that was previously out of reach.

“It is an honor to receive the Crystal Vision Award from Storehouse of World Vision,” said Remo Jacuzzi, Founder and CEO of Jason International. “As a family company, we truly care about the quality of life for other families. For 32 years our company has created quality hydrotherapy baths in an effort to improve the health and wellness of our customers. Partnering with Storehouse to help low-income families is a pleasure and a responsibility we do not take lightly.”
