Viefe® is 10 years old and is celebrating its anniversary 

Viefe® started manufacturing knobs and handles near Barcelona 10 years ago. Nowadays their products are marketed in more than 45 countries across the five continents. 

10 years ago, Marc and Josep Font, great grandsons of the founders of the original button manufacturers Font Vergés, decided to reinvent themselves and started to manufacture knobs and handles. They created the Viefe® brand and started to work on the idea that their knobs and handles would one day be found in kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms all around the world. 

“It hasn’t been an easy journey, but most definitely exciting, enriching and has given us great satisfaction for everything that we have achieved and for the trust that our clients and collaborators have shown in us from the first moment. It may sound like a cliché, but without them and their belief in our brand, none of this would have been possible” explained both Marc and Josep Font from the head offices of Viefe® in sant Pere de Torelló (Barcelona).

At the moment, Viefe® can count on a team of up to 20 people working at the company, has just opened up a warehouse in North America and their products are being marketed in more than 45 countries. They are ever present at trade fairs across the globe and are always looking to innovate in the design of their products as the brand collaborates with designers from different parts of the globe making sure that their designs fit with the very latest decorative fashions. 

Viefe® knobs and handles

Viefe® (viefe.com) belongs to Font Vergés, a machine manufacturer of buttons founded in 1932. For many years Font Vergés specialized in the manufacture of small fashion accessories made in wood, methacrylate, and polyester. This was up until 2009 when Marc and Josep Font changed the direction of the company towards the manufacture of knobs and handles. Based in Sant Pere de Torelló (Barcelona), the company currently has partners all over the world and distributes across the five continents.
