New product combines
convection cooking with steam-assist feature

kitchen appliance manufacturer THOR Kitchen releases its first stand-alone oven
with the debut of the all-new 24-inch Combi Steam Oven in stainless steel. The
electric oven is equipped with four preset cooking modes, including a
steam-assist feature that reduces cooking time and locks in moisture to enhance
flavor profiles.

restaurants for many years since combining convection and steam heat results in
moist, flavorful dishes cooked in a shorter amount of time. Now home chefs can

Available in stainless steel, the Combi
Steam Oven features a black glass door with a soft-close hinge, and a 30-inch
trim kit is available as an add on. It boasts 2.16 cubic feet of usable oven
space with an easy-to-clean blue enamel interior, and its extra-large
half-gallon water tank eliminates the need for additional plumbing or
installation of a water line.

A 7-inch colored touch panel allows for
easy customization and control of cook settings with four preset modes: Gourmet
Recipe, Steam Assist Cook, Guided Cooking and True Convection. Along with a
child lock for safety, the oven features personalized cooking preferences can also
be saved for future use.
