New stainless
steel pro-style model features conventional and convection heating
LOS ANGELES – Pro-style kitchen appliance
manufacturer THOR Kitchen
is debuting its first wall oven, a 30-inch stainless steel electric model that cooks
by both standard and convectional heat. The unit features four cooking modes—bake,
broil, convection bake and convection roast—and has a keep-warm function.
“THOR
Kitchen is excited to expand our growing line of pro-style appliances with the
30-inch Electric Wall Oven,” said THOR Kitchen Managing Director Kyle You.
“Wall ovens help home chefs avoid bending, kneeling or crouching, especially
when transporting hot food, and they carry the added benefit of flexibility
when designing a kitchen.”
The
oven boasts 4.16 cubic feet of capacity for cooking multiple items at once, a
3,500-watt top heating unit and a 3,000-watt bottom heating unit. Additional
features of the unit include a delay start timer and a self-cleaning cycle, and
the electric touch control panel makes it easy to set cooking temperatures or
choose a cooking mode.
The
gray oven interior is illuminated by two rear oven lights and is equipped with
three chrome-plated oven racks and six rack positions. The oven also comes with
a bake pan and bake pan cover.
