The Association introduces NKBA Connect, a quintessential platform for collective learning, experiences and conversations in the industry
The National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) has introduced its brand-new blog, “NKBA Connect,” providing kitchen and bath professionals with a great platform to stay more connected with the industry. The blog, now live at NKBA.org/NKBAConnect, is poised to serve as a prime resource for industry information and inspiration.
“The blog is a great way for the NKBA to communicate with members through a different means,” says NKBA President John Petrie, CMKBD. “NKBA Connect is a great complement to our existing social media channels, rounding out our offerings, and providing an opportunity to publish solid, current content for the benefit of our members.”
In recognition of its role as a facilitator in connecting all aspects of the industry, the Association is proud to have launched a platform that will inspire collective learning, experiences and conversations in the kitchen and bath industry.
NKBA CEO, Bill Darcy says, “The NKBA is deep in dialogue. We’re talking, and we’re listening. We hope that all of you take the opportunity to use NKBA Connect as a resource to keep the conversation going!”
NKBA Connect is the central location for industry news, design and inspiration, chapter highlights, member achievements, and much more. The blog features six themed sections including NKBA Up Close, Member Vista, NKBA U, K&B Buzz, Chapter Focus, and New & Now.
The NKBA Up Close section features Executive Committee members and other NKBA volunteers, providing readers with the opportunity to get a glimpse into their niche areas of expertise. The NKBA U section will highlight NKBA University, a key Association initiative that opens its doors to kitchen and bath professionals for continued professional development. K&B Buzz will be a roundup of some of the most popular design blogs the web has to offer, featuring images, ideas, trends and tech that will inspire. With many great events and networking opportunities being offered by the various NKBA Chapters, the Chapter Focus section will serve as a forum to share chapter successes and inspire fellow members. The New & Now section is a venue for exploring the latest news, events, and innovations in our industry.
