Caveat from nobilia when planning the perfect ergonomic kitchen: when deciding upon the proper working height for kitchen activities, it’s not the height of your body, but the elbow that makes all the difference. Optimally sink bottoms should reach 4 to 5 inches below elbow height to relieve pressure to spinal discs.
