New for 2020
The Kalamazoo Shokunin Kamado Grill is the next evolution of kamado grills and redefines industry standards for this style of outdoor cooking. A Best of KBIS finalist for 2020, Kalamazoo took the key design principles of a traditional kamado grill and broadened the Shokunin’s capabilities by incorporating an adjustable fire grate system for greater cooking versatility, adding two inches of insulation for maximum heat retention and efficiency, and designing the grill with a rectangular grilling surface to maximize multi-zone grilling – which is a first for the respective category.
Also available for the first time is a new grill grate lift system for the Kalamazoo Hybrid Fire Grill. This new feature makes restocking charcoal and wood fuel sources even more convenient with less cleanup and will be incorporated as a standard option for new 2020 models.
