Los Angeles, CA – January 2017 – Emtek announces their new Urban Modern cabinet hardware collection, now available for order through dealers nationwide.
The designs blend selected industrial finishes with bold geometric forms to achieve a look that is utilitarian, purposeful and without superfluous decoration. Shown below in satin brass finish, the solid metal pulls and knobs would be as much at home in a commercial kitchen as in an upscale residential environment.
The “urban modern” design style stems from a desire to decorate inner city urban lofts in a way that would create comfortable, attractive living spaces, while retaining the spirit of the commercial and industrial roots of reclaimed buildings. In small living spaces, the details of cabinet hardware become more important. The new Emtek collection is being featured in major showrooms in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City.
