celebrity:     Mary Jo Peterson is a certified kitchen/bath designer and educator, and a certified aging in place specialist with specific expertise in Universal Design. She speaks and teaches frequently, including appearances on national television, and has authored several books that address issues relating to kitchen, bath, and Universal Design. Additionally, she was inducted into the NKBA Hall of Fame in 2009. As the primary designer of the spaces being showcased by Häfele, Mary Jo Peterson will be available throughout the show to speak to her designs, the concept of Universal Design and the new building standard for Universal Design that will debut in 2013.
