As the newest addition to the Techne PLUS product line, Stoney Island uses wireless sensor technology to constantly monitor cooking vapors and temperature, automatically adjusting to maintain optimal settings.

Stoney Island features a gently tapered stainless steel canopy that measures only 5-inches high, as well as a streamlined front rim, which fuses polished stainless steel and black glass to discreetly hide electronic touch controls until activated. Available in 36- and 42-inch widths, its design blends into any kitchen aesthetic. Other noteworthy features include:

• Elica’s Perimeter Aspiration technology delivers more powerful and efficient fume extraction, coupled with a four-speed, 600 cubic feet per minute (CFM) blower.
• Elica’s patented HUSH Sound Suppression System reduces sound up to 35 percent, allowing homeowners to have quiet conversations in the kitchen while the vent fan is on.
• Infinitely dimmable LED lighting provides the exact amount of light needed for any occasion and fades out of sight when not needed.
• Futuristic Electronic Touch Controls illuminate a soft blue when activated.
• Replacement charcoal and grease mesh filters are available, as well as an optional recirculating kit and long chimney extension.
