The multinational company COMPAC will be present at the Kitchen and Bath Industry show (KBIS), the sixth edition in which it participates, to present to the American market the designs that will inspire the interior design of the coming year. The Spanish firm, with its leitmotif ‘Minds over matter’, will unveil exclusive creations that combine avant-garde design and functionality.
The collections, which will be on display at KBIS 2023, were recently presented in Madrid at an event packed with references to avant-garde art and architecture. COMPAC CEO, Paco Sanchis, together with artist and designer, Arik Levy, held an exclusive meeting with a group of architecture and interior design professionals, highlighting the firm’s great ability to anticipate new trends.
The international success of COMPAC surfaces is the fact that the Spanish company’s materials combine excellent technical features and innovative designs that allow for a multitude of domestic and public uses. The brand has become an international reference in the realm of surfaces thanks to an intense creative work with artists with whom the company explores new aesthetic horizons for its materials.
This is the case of the quartz collection created by Arik Levy for COMPAC, which will have new designs at KBIS for visitors to discover. In this respect, it is worth noting that Ice of Genesis has been distinguished with the international RED DOT Best of the Best award 2022 because, in the words of the jury, “Ice of Genesis is fascinating for its radiant visual appeal and the innovation in its design. Born from a confluence of art and design, the technological quartz projects a new declaration that defies the imagination of the audience in every one of its potential realisations. This material is suitable for versatile interior use, as it is at the same time both resistant and captivating with a pleasant feel”.
In Las Vegas, COMPAC will also unveil one of its main innovations for the world of architecture and interior design: the Terrazzo High Performance Stone (HPS) surface. This is a revolution for the sector, as this intelligent material can be applied both indoors and outdoors, bringing the uniqueness and aesthetic freshness of the new Terrazzo designs to pavements and worktops, as well as to spaces with high traffic.
