Lanyard Pickup
KBIS branded lanyards can be picked up at any KBIS registration location and at any free-standing lanyard station in the hall lobbies. Look specifically for the KBIS branded lanyard stations!
Transportation

Shuttle Buses
Complimentary shuttle bus service are provided between the Orange County Convention Center and the hotels in the KBIS hotel block (excluding hotels designated as within walking distance of the convention center).
There is also an inter-venue shuttle that will be running between the North & West buildings as well as the South and West buildings throughout show hours.
Signs are posted at the hotels on the shuttle routes and the Orange County Convention Center indicating the schedules, routes, and loading/drop-off points. A Hotel Shuttle Information counter is located inside West Hall C Lobby.
Concessions – Food at KBIS
Concessions will be open and conveniently located throughout the campus, offering a wide variety of dining options to suit every preference, including:
+ Vegetarian, vegan, kosher, and halal selections
+ Food courts in the North and South Concourses, adjacent to the Expo Hall
+ Food courts on West Hall Level 1
+ Mobile concession carts located throughout the campus
+ Dedicated Exhibitor Eats locations in the North and South Concourses and West Hall

Tips for First Timers!
Is this your first KBIS? Here’s a few tips for a smooth experience.
Make a Plan
The show can be overwhelming with the number of exhibitors, sessions, and other events. So review the exhibitor listings and show offerings, and make a plan.
Attend an Event
KBIS happens only once a year, so make the most of your experience by attending an off-site special event, like The Bash or NKBA Design Awards.
Bring Business Cards
You will meet many new contacts and connections, so bring a supply to hand out.
Wear (Really) Comfortable Shoes
KBIS has a massive show floor, sprawling across the West Hall, South Halls, and Rosen Centre Hotel. Be prepared to get your steps in!

All sessions at NEXTStage & LUXURY Lounge are free to all attendees. Attend sessions and gain valuable information to enhance your business.
Drink Plenty of Water
The amount of walking, after show parties, and events will be much more enjoyable if you stay hydrated. Bring a reusable water bottle to fill up at various water stations through convention center.
Don't Forget to Eat!
Bring a snack or a protein bar with you. The long days will require you to fuel yourself. There are also plenty of on-site food options available. Find their location in the KBIS mobile app.
