Viking Range, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Ron Brooks to the position of Senior Vice President Sales for Viking Distributing East.

In his new role, Ron will oversee, direct and manage the four sales regions within the Viking East territory. As part of this responsibility, Ron will lead his team to expand Viking’s sales in these regions as well as promote new product lines and ensure outstanding dealer, builder, designer and customer experiences.

“Ron has been with Viking since the inception of the brand, and has built decades of customer relationships and experiences,” said Selim A. Bassoul, CEO of The Middleby Corporation, owner of Viking Range. “With our new products being so well received, Ron is the right person to take Viking to the next level. Ron is known for his infectious passion for sales and his inspiring sales training skills.”

Ron’s sales career started in Atlanta in 1968. Promotions led him to New York, then to Southern California where in 1986 he brought the newly introduced Viking range to the southern California market. During his years in Southern California, Ron was responsible for successful sales of several high-end appliance lines including Viking.

Prior to this promotion to Senior Vice President Sales, Ron’s most recent position with Viking was that of Regional Sales Manager for Viking West.

A Georgia native, Ron will relocate to Suwanee, Ga. in his new role with Viking East.
