What is the status of KBIS Virtual, February 9-12, 2021?
Due to unresolvable technology issues, the show floor experience featuring the KBIS exhibitor booths has been postponed. We are investigating alternative solutions that may allow the exhibitor experience and booth activations to be relaunched in the near future. At this time, we cannot provide a future date/time.

I registered for Voices from the Industry; how do I access?
All live workshops will continue as planned here https://nkba.org/kbis-2021-conference. The Voices from the Industry conferences and workshops will be available on-demand the week of February 15. An email will be sent to all registrants with more information.
How long with the Voices from the Industry sessions be available?
All Voices from the Industry content will be available to registrants through June 30.
How long with show programming be available?
All KBISNeXT Stage, Event and Pavilion programming will be available through March 31. If you missed them live, they will be available on-demand starting the week of February 15 here https://nkba.org/kbis-2021-conference/
Do I need to request a refund for my Expo Pass?
No, all Expo Only registrants will automatically be refunded. We are working as quickly as we can to process those refunds.
