I am currently registered to attend KBIS. Can I roll my registration over to the 2021 KBIS virtual event?

Current KBIS registrants will automatically have their registration transferred to the virtual event with the same access they had for the in-person event. KBIS will process a refund for the difference between the applicable in-person registration fee and the virtual registration fee. Refunds will be issued within 60 days to the card that was originally used to pay for your registration.

Spouse registrants will be converted to an Expo Pass.

What if I want to change my registration access for the virtual event?

If you would like to upgrade your virtual registration access to an Education + Expo Pass you can do so by logging back into your registration record, choosing the upgraded registration option and provide the additional payment online when registration opens on December 7, 2020. The registration portal from the live event is now closed.

If you would like to remove the education access from an Education + Expo Pass registration then you will need to submit a written request to kbis@experient-inc.com by November 7 and a refund of the difference between the Education + Expo Pass and the virtual Expo Pass will be issued to the card that was originally used to pay for your registration within 60 days of receipt of your request.

 

How do I cancel my registration?

If you would like to cancel your registration you will need to submit a written request to kbis@experient-inc.com by November 7 and a refund will be issued to the card that was originally used to pay for your registration within 60 days of receipt of your request. After November 7, refund requests will not be honored.

Is there a deadline for registration refund requests?

Yes. November 7, 2020 is the deadline to request a refund to your KBIS 2021 in-person event registration.

Should I cancel my flight?

Yes. Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time.

What about my hotel reservation?

If your hotel reservations were booked through our official housing provider onPeak, your reservation will be automatically cancelled with no charge or penalty to you. No other follow up will be necessary.
