improveit! 360 Introduces the Home Improvement Sales Rep Mobile App

Columbus, OH (January 30, 2014) – improveit! 360 announces the release of a new mobile app to help home improvement companies have a more efficient and effective sales team. This powerful app will debut at the 2014 KBIS show in Las Vegas on February 4th-6th at booth #N363.

 

As the leader in business management software for remodelers and contractors, improveit! 360 developed the Sales Rep Mobile App to give sales pros immediate access to leads, appointments, reminders, and their personal to-do lists. The app is free to users of improveit! 360 and available for download on Apple and Android devices.

 

The Sales Rep Mobile App eliminates waiting, duplicate work, and manual entry so your sales team has time to focus on homeowners to close more deals.

The mobile app allows sales reps to work offline. If there’s no reception or Wi-Fi, your team continually has access to all essential information so they can track appointments, follow-up with leads, schedule or reschedule appointments, and maintain customer relationships from the field.

 

Each rep is only given access to their leads, their schedule, and their personal task list. Company owners can customize how much or how little information is shown to each one. Team members have access to their own personal sales performance metrics – by the week or month – such as sales volume, net volume, average net sale, demo rates, and sold rates. “When your reps can track their numbers they’re going to be more motivated to hit their goals,” said Showers.

 

For each appointment, reps can view their schedule and the prospect’s product of interest, see the Google Street View of the prospect’s home, get a map to the location, upload photos, call the lead, result the appointment and notify the office. If the prospect doesn’t buy, the rep creates a new marketing reminder, calls them at a later date, or schedules another appointment.

 

They can access their To-Do list to see reminders like: send a quote, pull a permit, make a follow-up call, or send an e-mail.
